Suspended Disbelief (2025) is a collaborative installation with artist Claire Lopez. This piece transforms the gallery into a suspended circus, caught mid-motion between spectacle and stillness. The installation consits of large-scale sculptural forms, ncluding a fragmented elephant half suspended in the air, a painted wooden giraffe stool, hand-sewn circus tent, and expanding foam “popcorn” structures. This space evokes a moment that feels both playful and slightly off-balance.
